SafeLease Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Account Executive focused on P&C insurance to expand our growing list of clients, including self-storage operators nationwide. This role offers the chance to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing renewal policies, with a focus on building long-term relationships.

You will work with underwriters to tailor coverages, provide required information promptly, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling property and casualty insurance; license in good standing.
• Strong networker with ability to maintain a large book of relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Technical insurance knowledge with coverage forms and policies.
• Motivated to build a newer line of business within a fast-growing startup.
• Experience with non-admitted/surplus lines is a plus.
• Self-storage industry or commercial real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections: Build and maintain relationships with self-storage property owners and key stakeholders nationwide.
• Drive sales: Quote and secure both new and renewal property and casualty policies.
• Customize solutions: Tailor policy coverages and deductibles to meet each customer's needs.
• Collaborate effectively: Work with underwriters to provide required information promptly and accurately.
• Enhance customer experience: Collaborate with SafeLease teams to deliver seamless buying experiences.
• Provide support: Address inquiries about coverages, premiums, endorsements, or claims as needed.
• Engage in industry: Attend industry events and travel as required.
