Job summary

Renova One in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own an established multi-family flooring book. You will maintain relationships with property managers, ensure service quality, and identify opportunities to expand service lines.

This role is 100% commission with an OTE of $100K+ in year one, based on a $3M–$4M book. Candidates from other markets relocating receive partial relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in account management or project management.
• Construction, flooring, or multi-family services experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-family customers strongly preferred.
• Ability to measure and scope projects using CAD/Measure Square or similar tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of an existing multi-million-dollar book of business.
• Maintain relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
• Ensure zero customer loss by delivering consistent service and responsiveness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all account needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and drive growth.
