Our innovative software bridges performance marketers and creative teams, combining analytics, research, and strategy. Motion serves as the command center for Creative Strategists.
Our clients include top e-commerce and DTC brands such as Vuori, True Classic, The Farmer’s Dog, HexClad, among others. They have utilized Motion to analyze over $13B in media spend.
As an early member of our sales team, you'll set the standard for success at Motion. Our leadership views early hires as future company leaders.
About the role
- You will be responsible for driving new and expansion revenue within our SMB segment.
- Leads are 100% inbound; you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Approach clients as future partners, focusing on collaboration rather than just closing deals. We value a consultative sales process for long-term success.
- Advise prospects on implementing effective Performance Creative processes using Motion.
- Use a consultative approach to help teams see how Motion addresses their workflow challenges.
- Be open to exploring innovative sales approaches!
Who you are
- Driven individuals with experience as an Account Executive selling technical products.
- Reside in Canada (preferably Greater Toronto Area) or the United States.
- Committed to continuous improvement in your craft.
- Possess strong self-reflection skills and ideas for growth.
- Excellent performance and presentation skills; public speaking or theatre experience is a plus.
- Humble, ego-free, and focused on rapid improvement.
- Trustworthy and instantly likable.
- Highly ambitious and resilient.
- Strong critical thinking skills to develop informed opinions about roles, teams, and organizations.
