Qualifications

• Ability to articulate value proposition and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business and end-to-end sales pipeline; meet/exceed quotas.
• Establish territory presence; develop marketing/networking plans and build SME relationships.
• Proactively prospect using market research and sales tools.
• Gain understanding of our value proposition and communicate to prospects.
• Travel within the Miami territory (25% travel).
• Ambassador for Justworks and its product suite; contribute to product feedback.
