Job summary

Patcraft is seeking an Account Executive for Rhode Island and Central Massachusetts to drive high-quality flooring solutions. You will partner with architects, designers, business owners and contractors to win new business and manage projects from qualification to installation.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in commercial interiors or 5+ years in related roles, live in RI, and thrive in a structured sales process using CRM tools. Travel is required within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial interiors OR 5+ years professional work experience.
• Residence in Rhode Island or willing to relocate within RI.
• Ability to travel daily within Rhode Island and Central Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, designers, business owners and contractors to select flooring products.
• Travel daily across RI and Central MA to call on existing and prospective customers.
• Manage projects from initial opportunity through order placement, delivery coordination and installation oversight.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
• Engage leads from sources such as industry networks and referrals to build new business.
