Job summary

ASCENDING Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to win new clients for our IT staffing services and grow those relationships over time. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong track record of self-motivation and ownership of work.

As an Account Executive, you will win new clients for our IT staffing services and grow those relationships over time. We are looking for someone exceptionally driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.This role involves a lot of on-the-job learning, so mindset and attitude matter most. You should have a strong track record of staying self-motivated, taking complete ownership of your work, and demonstrating an exceptional work ethic.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3–10 years of experience in business-to-business sales or another performance-driven role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous talent acquisition experience (highly preferred)
