Job summary

Paladin Consulting seeks a seasoned sales professional in Maryland to generate opportunities, qualify leads, present solutions, and close deals with C-suite executives.

You will own the full sales cycle, travel within 100 miles for in-person discoveries, collaborate with Marketing on RFIs/RFPs, and drive recurring revenue through MSP/MSSP IT offerings, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• Five or more years of direct selling experience.
• At least 1 year of experience selling MSP/MSSP or other IT products with recurring revenue.
• Proven track record as an independent hunter and closer who exceeds revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities independently of Marketing leads.
• Manage entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly recurring revenue quotas.
• Travel within a 100 mile radius for in-person discoveries.
• Use Hubspot to prospect and qualify leads and maintain KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing for RFIs, RFPs, and larger presentations.
• Maintain opportunities in Salesforce with stages and next steps.
