Investors Equity Group, a fintech mortgage company, is seeking an Account Executive to own real estate brokerage relationships across our territory. This remote, 1099 role focuses on signing investor-focused brokerages to our office partnership program and promoting our app to agents' phones.

You will not quote rates or underwrite loans; you will nurture relationships, drive referrals, and work with the loan team. Success comes from building partnerships and closing funded deals with agents.

Formación

• 2+ years selling to real estate agents or brokers in mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty or real estate.

• Live in or near your territory.

Investors Equity Group is a fintech mortgage company that lends on investment properties in 40 states. Business-purpose loans on investment properties are all we do. Our software is cutting edge, and we built it ourselves. It fully underwrites a file in real time, so borrowers get answers as they apply instead of waiting on them. Our account executives run their entire book from their phones.

The role: You own the real estate brokerage relationships in your territory. You sign investor-focused brokerages to our office partnership program and put our app on every agent's phone. Then you stay with them as their investor clients' deals move through our loan team.

What you'll do:

• Work a target list of investor-focused brokerages in your territory. We build the list for you
• Meet brokers of record and agents, and demo the app on their phone in under a minute
• Sign brokerages to the partner program. They e-sign on a phone, so nothing gets printed
• Invite agents and their investor clients to our weekly education sessions
• Stay with every referral until it funds, working with our loan team
• Meet one-on-one with your sales manager every week

What you won't do: Quote rates, take applications, underwrite or chase paperwork. Our technology and loan team handle the loan. You handle the relationships.

Requirements

Who you are

• Two or more years selling to real estate agents or brokers, in mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty or real estate
• You'd rather open doors than work an inbound queue
• Self-directed: you set your hours and run your own calendar
• Comfortable running your business from your phone
• Investment property or DSCR experience is a plus, not a requirement
• You live in or near your territory
