Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain license.
• Measurable sales or production goals experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence with prospecting and proactive follow-up.
• Organized, accountable, and consistent.
• Coachable and motivated to continue improving.
• Life & Health licensing, prior State Farm experience, multi-line sales, referrals or bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through agency-provided leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and present appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
• Build strong, multi-line customer relationships.
• Consistently follow up with leads, prospects, and quotes.
• Navigate objections and confidently ask for the business.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and work toward established activity, sales and production goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
