Dover Food Retail in Keosauqua, IA is seeking an Account Representative to support customers, sales teams, and internal departments from intake to order fulfillment. You will translate customer requirements into internal demand while delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

The role interfaces with technical refrigeration specifications and requires a Bachelor’s in business-related field with at least 5 years in account management or inside sales.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field or equivalent with 5 years’ account management or inside sales experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Experience in OEM Manufacturing environment (2 years).
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customer bid packages.
• Determine customer product needs and upsell opportunities to improve margins.
• Configure complex products within internal software to provide quotations to customers, regional sales managers and dealers.
• Manage orders throughout the full sales cycle from quotes to installation.
• Provide price quotations and reconcile pricing discrepancies.
• Liaise with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Planning, and Production to determine feasibility.
• Collaborate with finance, shipping, and production to resolve credit issues and maintain communications with customers and dealers.
• Act as internal point of contact for accounts and inquiries.
• Provide order status updates to customers and regional managers.
• Participate in customer visits and maintain customer specification documents.
