Job summary

Bishop Gold Group, a national leader in precious metal services, seeks ambitious sales professionals to join our Westwood, CA team. This full-time, on-site role offers uncapped commissions, inbound leads, opt-in leads, and a strong mentorship program to help you excel in high-ticket sales.

No precious metals experience required; we provide training on our products, sales process, and leads. If you’re driven, coachable, and focused on results, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle inbound sales calls and follow-up with prospects.
• Willingness to learn about our high-ticket offerings.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from prospective customers.
• Work company-provided opt-in leads.
• Conduct outbound follow-up with interested prospects.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and apply effective qualification and objection-handling techniques.
• Follow up consistently and professionally throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with experienced sales professionals.
