Job summary

HUNGRY is seeking an Account Executive in the Seattle area to lead new business sales and manage client relationships for corporate catering and experiences. You will build rapport with decision makers and close deals to meet monthly quotas, while delivering exceptional hospitality and service.

Responsibilities include prospecting, creating proposals, coordinating with chefs and vendors, and ensuring accurate catering data from proposal to delivery.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle catering sales experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to break into new accounts.
• Experience prospecting leads and conducting high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to sell into multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience creating menus for catering with knowledge of food safety and dietary needs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospective and current clients.
• Provide high-touch customer service to all prospective and current clients.
• Create proposals and enter orders with attention to detail.
• Ensure order accuracy by verifying catering and delivery data.
• Daily CRM data entry to track sales activity and goals.
• Obtain payment information prior to catering events and process payments.
• Collaborate with chefs/vendors on new menu creation and organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional emails and materials.
• Support Tech Team with website enhancements.
• Respond to inquiries and inbound leads promptly.
