Job summary

Skyline Transport Group is hiring four to six Account Executives to build books of business with real trucks behind them and a back office team in front of the paperwork. You will own the full business development cycle from finding shippers to closing and owning the account.

Full-time in our East Austin office with four days a week in the room. Base salary plus uncapped commission on gross margin, with bonuses and no cap. Vancouver, Washington HQ annual travel included.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in the industry at a freight brokerage or 3PL in carrier sales, carrier procurement or brokerage account management.
• Ability to negotiate rates, read market trends and understand freight movements.

Responsibilities

• Win shippers coast to coast and own the book; close the deal and manage the account.
• Own pricing, tenders, service recovery and reviews for your shipper.
• Handle back-office support and billing coordination as the desk expands.
