Tarkett is seeking an Account Executive in the Atlanta area to develop new prospects and nurture existing accounts across its soft surface and resilient commercial product portfolio. You will drive territory growth through daily calls, client engagement, and targeted promotions.

You will partner with designers, distributors, and contractors to tailor solutions, manage CRM data, and meet KPIs while delivering exceptional Tarkett customer experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience required, preferably in flooring or building materials industry.

Mansioni

• Develop Territory account list prioritized by annuity account potential, sales volume, and project size.
• Identify new projects through research, networking, cold-calling, and strengthening relationships with clients.
• Work directly with clients to identify the appropriate product solution for their application.
• Partner with A&D and distribution sales teams to convert opportunities into sales and potential annuity programs.
• Keep CRM updated with customer, project, product, and pricing information.
• Meet financial and other objectives as set and manage distribution/ flooring contractor business plans.
• Develop promotions and merchandising programs for the territory and support product launches.
