Job Description

The role offers the opportunity to work with some of the world's biggest brands, which have significant budgets and a high propensity to purchase BrowserStack solutions. The enterprise sales approach is challenger-based: identify industry challenges and pain points, determine their relevance for your customers, and demonstrate how our solutions can help achieve their OKRs. This role emphasizes value-based selling over traditional product-led approaches.

You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and receive support from BDRs, CSMs/TAMs, and CEs to craft personalized messaging for IT and business stakeholders.

This position reports to the Sales Manager within the respective enterprise segment and provides an exciting opportunity to learn global enterprise sales strategies through a value-led selling approach.

Desired Experience
  • 7 to 10 years of quantifiable experience selling complex technology products, including at least 3+ years in an outbound lead generation and end-to-end sales role.
  • Experience with the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, relationship building, closing, and account growth.
  • Understanding of cloud computing business models and ability to sell to technical audiences.
  • Experience selling to international markets, handling complex deals, and engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong cross-collaborative skills: coordinating across functions and working closely with BDRs.
  • A technical background is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Research customer industries and pain points to create personalized messaging.
  • Identify industry-specific sales plays and lead with messaging that enables engagement with decision-makers.
  • Outbound lead generation: prospecting, qualification, and relationship building.
  • Drive revenue, manage renewals, and oversee the entire sales cycle.
  • Manage accounts to maximize revenue potential and meet quotas.
  • Time allocation: approximately 20% research and message creation, 15% handling inbound requests, 30% prospecting, 25% pipeline management, and 10% closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Development teams.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for your accounts.
  • Cater to global markets.
