Join to apply for the Account Executive - Enterprise Sales role at Infragistics

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our US sales team. In this role, your primary focus will be acquiring new customers, while also managing existing client relationships, building and maintaining strong partnerships, understanding clients’ needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the software solutions provided. The ideal candidate is a proactive, driven individual who excels at prospecting, identifying leads, and initiating contact with potential customers. They are adept at uncovering opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Actively seek out new leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and marketing developed leads.
  • Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Use persuasive communication to capture the interest of prospects and engage with them to demo our products.


Relationship Building

  • Build trust and rapport with potential clients by understanding clients’ needs, challenges, and objectives and tailoring communication to showcase how our products can address those needs effectively.


Closing Deals

  • Have a strong understanding of the sales process and know how to navigate through its stages to successfully close deals, overcoming objections and securing commitments.


Account Planning And Strategy

  • Develop account and opportunity plans to maximize the value of software solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with clients' needs and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional software products or services to existing clients.


Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software products and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the company's software effectively


Sales Operations

  • Accurately maintain all prospect and customer interaction in Infragistics utilized software systems including Salesforce. Updating forecast and opportunity details within Salesforce on a timely basis is mandatory.


Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent on the job experience.
  • Experience managing complex six-figure multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience selling software as a service and engaging with different hierarchical levels within prospective organizations.
  • Formal Sales Training
  • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quota and driving new license revenue.
  • An understanding of information technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers.
  • Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure.
  • Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
