Baseten is seeking an enterprise B2B sales leader in the United States to drive multi-million dollar deals across key verticals. You will map AI use cases, frame build-vs-buy options, and guide VP-level stakeholders through security, procurement, and architecture considerations to accelerate adoption.
You will own end-to-end revenue targets, navigate multi-threaded buying committees, and collaborate with forward-deployed engineers on evaluations and architecture reviews to enable eight-figure
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost. That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship. You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
