Qualifications

• 5-10 years in HR consulting or healthcare consulting sales.
• Experience selling to clinical executives as a peer.
• Familiarity with behavioral health or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Run Discovery Calls with key decision makers.
• Build PlacementCare proposals for client engagements.
• Convert warm relationships into signed contracts.
• Forecast sales pipeline using HubSpot.
