Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dynamic HR Advisory closer. You will leverage warm founding-cohort relationships to drive recurring HR retainers and help fuel a growth target of $1.2M in Year 1 ARR.

This ground-floor position offers equity ownership opportunities, alongside a competitive base pay and performance-based commission structure. Ideal candidates have 5-10 years in B2B services sales, preferably in HR or healthcare consulting, and are comfortable engaging with clinical executives.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in B2B services sales preferred.
• Willingness to learn fast in the behavioral health/HHS vertical.
• Ability to work Eastern Time hours and be located in a market with HHS density.

Responsibilities

• Run Discovery Calls with Executive Directors and Practice Owners.
• Build PlacementCare proposals with the 18-month guarantee.
• Convert founding-cohort partnerships into paying engagements.

Skills

B2B services sales (HR consulting, healthcare consulting, or PEO sales)

Familiarity with behavioral health, IDD, HHS sector

Comfortable selling to clinical executives
