The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) is looking for an advisory-grade sales professional in Charleston, SC to lead its HR Advisory division. This role offers a unique ground-floor opportunity to build client relationships and participate in the company's equity program. Candidates should have at least 5 years of B2B services sales experience, preferably in HR or healthcare-related fields.

In this position, you'll run Discovery Calls with key executives in the behavioral health sector and convert partnerships into ongoing HR retainers. The compensation structure rewards contributions, with commissions based on performance and equity opportunities as you grow with the firm.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years in B2B services sales, preferably in HR consulting, healthcare consulting, or PEO sales.
• Comfortable being employee-level-1 in operations.
• Willingness to learn about the HHS sector quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Run Discovery Calls with executives in behavioral health organizations.
• Convert warm relationships into paying engagements.
• Forecast pipeline weekly in HubSpot.

Conhecimentos

B2B services sales experience

Familiarity with behavioral health or HHS sector

Ability to sell to clinical executives

Self-directed and comfortable with employee-level-1 responsibility
