What you'll do

The Enterprise CLM Account Executive is responsible for building enterprise-level relationships, selling Docusign’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and AI solutions. This role involves working with internal teams and partners, owning deals end-to-end, and acquiring new customers while expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate is curious, strategic, and skilled at relationship building.

Responsibilities
  • Drive success of CLM and AI product goals by achieving sales quotas.
  • Develop relationships with ecosystem partners like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, and system integrators to generate pipeline.
  • Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign’s sales methodology.
  • Identify and close new CLM business, and upsell within existing accounts.
  • Leverage internal resources in sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with peers and partners to close deals.
  • Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue.
Job Designation

Remote: Employees work mainly from a remote location. Positions are designated as In Office, Hybrid, or Remote depending on the role. Designations may change based on business needs.

What you bring
Basic
  • 8+ years of complex enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Willing to travel 25% or more.
Preferred
  • 12+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in team environments.
  • Experience with complex, multi-solution sales cycles and managing large accounts.
  • Strong C-Level network across large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Experience selling CLM, Legal Tech, AI solutions, or related technologies.
  • Based in Chicago or Northeast/Southeast US.
Wage Transparency

Pay varies based on location and experience. For example, in California, the range is $114,400 - $172,100. Other locations have specified ranges.

  • Variable incentive pay based on sales performance.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
