What you'll do

The Enterprise CLM Account Executive is responsible for building enterprise-level relationships, selling Docusign’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and AI solutions. This role involves working with internal teams and partners, owning deals end-to-end, and acquiring new customers as well as expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate is curious, strategic, and skilled in relationship-building.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive success of the company’s CLM and AI product goals through achieving sales quotas.
  2. Build relationships with ecosystem partners like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, and system integrators to generate pipeline.
  3. Qualify sales opportunities based on Docusign’s sales methodology.
  4. Identify and close new CLM business, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  5. Utilize internal resources in sales campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with peers and partners to move deals from pipeline to signature.
  7. Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue using sales tools.
Job Designation

Remote: The employee works from a designated remote location for most of the time. Positions are designated as In Office, Hybrid, or Remote, and are role-specific.

What you bring
Basic
  • 8+ years of complex enterprise software sales experience in a quota-carrying role, managing and closing complex sales cycles with a proven track record.
  • Willing to travel 25% or more as needed.
Preferred
  • 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in team selling environments.
  • Experience with complex multi-solution sales cycles, closing large deals, and managing Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Strong C-Level contacts across large enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Experience selling CLM, Legal Tech, AI solutions, or related technologies.
  • Based in Chicago or Northeast/Southeast US.
Wage Transparency

Pay varies by location and factors such as experience. For example:

  • California: $114,400 - $172,100
  • Illinois and Colorado: $113,500 - $164,650
  • Others as listed in the original description.
Additional Compensation & Benefits
  • Bonus: Incentive pay based on sales goals.
  • Stock: Eligible for RSUs.
  • Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, health plans, retirement, learning and development, and compassionate care leave.
