What you'll do

The Enterprise CLM Account Executive is responsible for building Enterprise-level relationships, selling Docusign’s Contract Lifecycle Management solution (CLM) and AI solutions. This role involves working with internal teams and partners, owning deals end-to-end, and acquiring new customers as well as expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate is curious, strategic, and skilled in relationship building.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive success of the company’s CLM and AI product goals through achieving sales quotas.
  2. Develop relationships with ecosystem partners like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, and System Integrators to generate pipeline.
  3. Qualify sales opportunities based on Docusign’s methodology, focusing on customer fit and success criteria.
  4. Identify and close on new CLM business, as well as upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  5. Leverage internal resources in sales campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with peers and partners to drive deals from pipeline to signature.
  7. Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue using sales tools.
Job Designation

Remote: The employee works from a designated remote location, not required to be in or near an office frequently.

What you bring
Basic
  • 8+ years of complex enterprise software sales experience, managing and closing large deals, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Willing to travel 25% or more as needed.
Preferred
  • 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in team selling environments.
  • Experience with multi-solution sales cycles, closing large deals, managing Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Strong C-Level contacts across large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Legal Tech, AI solutions, or related fields.
  • Based in Chicago or Northeast/Southeast US.
Wage Transparency

Pay varies by location and depends on experience and skills. Specific ranges are provided for different states, e.g., California: $114,400 - $172,100.

  • Bonus: Variable incentive pay based on sales goals.
  • Stock: Eligible for RSUs.
  • Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, health plans, retirement plans, learning and development, and compassionate leave.
