Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Account Executive; 1 year managing full sales cycle.
• Experience in Lead generation for B2B in high-velocity SaaS/Fintech; familiarity with sales tools.
• Cold-calling experience required.
• Hunter mentality; closing new logos; delivering immediate results.
• Travel within the territory (25%).

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business, end-to-end pipeline; prospect to close; meet quotas.
• Establish presence in your territory; develop a marketing/networking plan to reach entrepreneurs.
• Proactively prospect for new business using market research and sales tools.
• Gain understanding of our value proposition and communicate it to customers.
• Be the voice of customers; suggest ideas to generate sales; advocate for product development.
• Be an ambassador of Justworks; gain knowledge of our product suite.
• Travel in-territory in SF/Bay area.
• Perform other duties as needed.
