Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking an experienced, high-energy Account Executive to deliver exceptional service while driving sales and quoting customers. The role requires understanding technical capabilities of products and applying them to customer needs in R&D and production environments.

You will own accounts, develop quotes, coordinate with Product, Pricing, and Sales teams, and ensure accurate ERP data entry. Strong communication and solution-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS EE Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
• Basic electronics theory, DC/AC circuits knowledge beneficial.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and problem solving.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Knowledge of electronics industry, test processes and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers and work with outside sales to respond promptly to inquiries, pricing, quotes and order issues.
• Determine best solutions and develop quotes for customers.
• Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Compliance, Outside Sales, National and Regional Leadership during quoting and ordering.
• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and Product Management to understand products and provide solutions.
• Offer pricing per TestEquity's pricing strategy and approval guidelines.
• Update quotes and convert them into orders; maintain account ownership.
• Accurately enter information in the ERP system.
• Support strategic account planning and share information on new quotes or customers for growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
