The role emphasizes account ownership, accuracy in data entry in the ERP system, and close alignment with outside sales and product teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS EE degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic electronics theory, DC and AC circuits.
• Digital electronics basics and manufacturing basics.
• Knowledge of the Electronics industry including test processes.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide successful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers and work with outside sales to respond to inquiries, pricing, quotes, and orders.
• Determine best solutions and develop quotes for customers.
• Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Compliance, Outside Sales, National and Regional Leadership during quoting and ordering.
• Collaborate with manufacturers’ reps for product questions and lead times.
• Work with Product Management to understand products and solve customer needs.
• Offer pricing per TestEquity’s pricing strategy and approval guidelines.
• Update and convert quotes to orders.
• Own the relationship with the customer and maintain accurate ERP records.

It is critical that that AE candidates understand technical capabilities of products and their use.
