Job summary

TEEMA Group in Dallas, Texas is seeking an Account Executive with a strong background in the electrical power industry to join our growing sales team in a hybrid role. This position requires technical fluency in electrical maintenance, safety, and power systems, and a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

You will execute inside sales activities, develop new business, pursue and close opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records while traveling occasionally to trade shows and customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in the electrical power industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in new business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows and visits

Responsibilities

• Execute inside sales activities including outbound calls, daily prospecting, and lead generation
• Develop new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing customer accounts
• Pursue and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed annual quota
• Partner with marketing to enhance customer outreach, follow-up with prior customers, and develop growth strategies
• Represent the company with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy at all times
• Attend select trade shows and customer visits (limited overnight travel)
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems
