Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to inform decisions and optimize revenue.
• Experience in corrugated industry or similar manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute sales strategy to support business objectives.
• Lead team of Account Executives including goal setting, skills development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and implement sales business objectives and plans.
• Align sales strategy with business needs and collaborate with sales team to drive sales, grow market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Interact and proactively communicate with all levels of leadership across the company and enforce communication between all departments in the plant to increase efficiency.
• Prepare annual sales budget forecasts.
• Prospect for new, profitable accounts and service existing accounts through regular contact.
