ALFA AI GmbH is seeking an Account Executive to join our US team. You will own meetings generated by the SDR function and manage opportunities from first conversation through to close, driving revenue with strong sales conversations.

The ideal candidate is a commercial operator with experience in construction tech, based on the East or Central US (including Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas). The base salary is $100,000–$120,000 with bonus, benefits, and equity; OTE is around double

Qualifications

• Construction tech experience essential.
• Based on East Coast or Central US; ideal locations include Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas.
• Must manage full sales cycle from first contact to close.

Responsibilities

• Own meetings generated by the SDR function and manage opportunities from first conversation through to close.
• Run high-quality sales conversations, build urgency, and handle objections.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Drive revenue growth through end-to-end deal execution.
