Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our Account Management team. This role supports client services, policy administration, and renewal processes across commercial lines, with opportunities across AA, SAA, and AMA levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Communicate workload status and resolve service requests efficiently.
• Support strong client and team relationships.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements.
• Manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices, and related documents.
• Support policy issuance and documentation accuracy.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes.
• Prepare submissions and proposals.
• Gather underwriting information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems.
• Monitor activities and ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections.
• Ensure adherence to policies and minimize errors & omissions exposure.
