Job summary

Puff Media is seeking an Account Executive in Brooklyn, NY to manage client relationships, drive projects forward, and communicate clearly with brand partners. You will be trained on the TikTok Shop ecosystem and will own client communications while representing Puff Media professionally in every interaction.

You will serve as the day-to-day contact for brand clients, lead status calls, translate goals into briefs for production and creative teams, and track deliverables to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related field.
• Experience at a marketing agency, PR firm, or brand is a strong plus.
• Confident communicator who can manage expectations and handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines at once.
• Self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Genuinely excited about social commerce and willing to invest in learning the space.
• Based in or willing to commute to Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand clients
• Schedule and lead client check-ins, status calls, and recap meetings
• Translate client goals and feedback into clear internal briefs for production and creative teams
• Track campaign timelines and deliverables, flagging risks before they become problems
• Prepare meeting agendas, call summaries, and follow-up emails
• Support the team in preparing proposals, quotes, and campaign presentations
• Build a working understanding of TikTok Shop, live commerce, and creator strategy through on-the-job training
