INFINITY is seeking a compassionate Account Executive to join our outbound customer service team in Lindale Manor, IA. You will handle outbound appointment setting and customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, using problem-solving skills to create a seamless experience for each customer.

You will make outbound calls, tailor conversations to customer needs, and document interactions accurately while supporting additional projects as needed in a high-energy setting.
