Job summary

Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce risk without slowing software delivery. We’re seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, win new customers, and drive revenue growth in a fast-moving market.

You’ll build strategic partnerships, activate resellers and MSPs, and collaborate with marketing and product to sharpen our GTM strategy while scaling our commercial motion in AI pentesting.

Qualifications

• Commercial profile with proven experience in a technical domain, ideally selling penetration testing, offensive security or related security solutions.
• Proven track record of selling in fast-growing startups.
• Comfortable working both in direct sales and partnerships at the same time.
• An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in zero-to-one environments.
• Hustler mentality, who is excellent at building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for AI Pentest, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
• Turn inbound interest and outbound prospecting into new customers and revenue.
• Build strategic partnerships and activate resellers, MSPs and other channel partners to expand our reach.
• Work with marketing and product to sharpen our GTM strategy
• Bring customer insights and competitive intelligence back to the team to help us stay ahead.
• Identify new opportunities, refine sales playbooks and find smarter ways to win
• Help scale our commercial motion as we grow our presence in the AI pentesting market.
