Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive for the Ad Studio team, with locations in San Francisco and New York. You will own the sales cycle from discovery to close, targeting performance marketers and growth teams using AI-powered Ad Studio.

As a founding AE, you will influence ICPs, product messaging, and sales processes while collaborating with marketing and product to accelerate growth. A background in adtech/martech and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full cycle sales role.
• Experience in adtech/martech a plus.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with joining a founding team and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Sell to mid-market advertisers for Ad Studio.
• Define sales motion and ICP with input from founding team.
• Conduct consultative demos and value-based conversations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to shape positioning.
