Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join the founding Ad Studio sales team. Ad Studio lets performance marketing teams build, edit, and launch on-brand ads at scale using AI, backed by first-party data. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how we bring it to market.

You'll be among the first AEs for Ad Studio, influencing the sales motion, ICP, and product positioning with customers. You’re not inheriting a playbook—you’re writing it.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a full cycle sales role.
• Comfort with being part of a founding team and the ambiguity that comes with it.
• Background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or selling to performance marketing buyers.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
