Job summary

Hightouch is seeking Account Executives to join the founding Ad Studio sales team. You’ll be among the first AEs dedicated to Ad Studio, shaping the sales motion and ICP in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll engage performance marketers and growth teams at mid-market companies, helping them adopt AI-powered creative and data-driven campaigns. We value hands-on builders who can navigate ambiguity, translate customer needs into strategic opportunities, and drive end-to-end deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full-cycle sales role.
• Excitement about being part of a founding team and comfort with ambiguity.
• Background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or selling to performance marketing buyers is a strong plus.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and how it's changing the way creative and performance teams work together.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ad Studio to performance marketing teams including paid social and paid search leads.
• Define and influence ICP and sales motion for a ground-floor product.
• Provide consultative, strategic deals rather than simple demos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position the product and drive adoption.
• Navigate ambiguity and shape the go-to-market approach for a new product.
