FOX44 Waco, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. Represent a diverse portfolio of broadcast and digital media platforms and act as a trusted marketing advisor to local businesses and agencies, promoting television, OTT/CTV, and digital advertising.

You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and present strategic campaigns across broadcast and digital channels, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and client relationships.

Formación

• Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in media sales or a customer-focused commission-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles across digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Collaborative team player, adaptable with positive attitude and motivation to grow income.
• Proficiency with office equipment and related technology.

• Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in media sales or a customer-focused commission-based sales environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles across digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Collaborative team player, adaptable with positive attitude and motivation to grow income.
  • Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, pass background check.
