About The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, coachable Account Executive to help us accelerate new business within the SMB to mid-market segments. You'll manage full-cycle sales—from discovery to close—on deals up to $15K ACV. This is a rare opportunity to join a seasoned sales org where you'll grow quickly through hands-on coaching, proven sales frameworks, and a team-first culture.

What You'll Do

  • Run full-cycle sales motions: discovery, demo, quote, close
  • Manage pipeline and follow-ups using our CRM
  • Handle common objections (pricing, timing, competition) with confidence
  • Learn and execute Sortly's consultative, outcome-driven sales process
  • Partner with sales leadership for 1:1 coaching, role plays, and pipeline reviews
  • Hit progressive quota milestones during your 90-day onboarding plan

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in SaaS sales (preferably 1 year in a closing role)
  • Motivated by hitting goals and growing your sales career
  • Comfortable managing deals $5K to $15K ACV
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Strong communicator who listens well and asks great questions
  • Organized and consistent in managing your CRM and pipeline

Base Salary: $55,000 -$65,000

OTE potential: up to $30,000 annually

The salary band outlined above reflects compensation levels that are competitively benchmarked based on geographic location. Where an individual may fall within this band is determined by market data specific to their location, ensuring fairness and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
