Our client is a fast-growing Health IT and business solutions provider transforming healthcare operations nationwide. With over 20 years of experience, they deliver tailored technology, security, and revenue solutions to medical practices, senior care facilities, and healthcare organizations of all sizes.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive (Senior Living), you’ll be responsible for driving growth by prospecting and closing business with enterprise-level clients in your assigned territory. Key call points include assisted living communities, memory care facilities, long-term care organizations, and senior living networks—often multi-site operations or part of larger ownership groups.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, proactively identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and leading strategic efforts to move opportunities through to close. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships and fueling continued growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in healthcare sales
  • Experience selling into senior care settings (e.g., assisted living, memory care, long-term care)
  • Familiarity with senior living workflows, such as EHR/eMAR usage, billing operations, and care compliance
  • Experience with EMR systems, understanding of private practice operations, and knowledge of EDI vendors, revenue cycle management, and the healthcare landscape.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed a $1.5M ARR quota
  • Demonstrates a true hunter mentality with proactive prospecting
