Account Executive – Behavioral Health SaaS (Remote)

Compensation: Base salary $60K–$85K + uncapped commission (OTE $200K+). Includes $10K sign-on bonus (paid over your first year). Top performers exceed OTE. Health, dental, and vision benefits. Unlimited PTO plus two weeks of vacation.

About the Role

We're looking for a quota-carrying, full-cycle Account Executive with a strong background in healthcare SaaS — ideally behavioral health or substance use treatment. You’ll prospect, demo, and close your own deals across the U.S. and Canada with no territory restrictions. This is a high-ownership role with uncapped earning potential and direct access to executive leadership

What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run discovery, deliver product demos, and close
  • Build and manage your own pipeline using outbound outreach, events, networking, and AI-driven tools
  • Sell into SMB/mid-market behavioral health organizations (10–50+ providers)
  • Run deep discovery to understand pain points related to EHR, RCM, clinical workflows, and compliance
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact demos of our all-in-one platform (EHR, CRM, RCM)
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team on deals and market strategy
  • Represent Opus at behavioral health conferences and regional events as needed

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years as a full-cycle AE
  • Proven success closing deals in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or adjacent healthcare verticals
  • Experience managing mid-market deal cycles (3–6 months) with ACVs of $25K+
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills; fearless cold caller and relationship builder
  • Comfortable leading demos independently and tailoring them to clinical and administrative buyer personas
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a competitive sales environment
  • Familiarity with EHR, RCM, or practice management software (experience with other EHR platforms. is a big plus)
  • High ownership mentality — you take initiative, learn quickly, and don’t wait to be told what to do
