Job Title: Remote Sales Representative (Set & Close) – Commission-Based

Location: Remote

Compensation: $500–$2,500 per closed deal

Type: Cold caller and closer (Commission-Only)

The Role

We’re looking for driven, commission-hungry remote sales professionals to take full ownership of the sales process—from setting the call to closing the deal.

This is not a role for order takers. It's for fast, persuasive communicators who can book and run demos, handle objections, and close independently.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make 50–100 outbound calls per day
  • Qualify leads and pitch the Callendar solution
  • Book and conduct demos, then close deals
  • Follow up via CRM and maintain a solid pipeline
  • Hit a minimum of 2 closed deals per week
