Are you the type of sales professional who loves building relationships, opening new doors, and growing a territory through hustle, strategy, and execution?
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial District Account Executive to lead business growth across West Texas and New Mexico. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established territory that became available due to retirement and make a significant impact for one of the most respected names in industrial manufacturing.
If you enjoy managing your own schedule, spending time with customers, developing distributor partnerships, creating end-user demand, and seeing the direct results of your efforts, this role offers the autonomy and support to help you thrive.
For decades, we have been a trusted leader in industrial abrasives, wire brushes, power brushes, and surface conditioning solutions used by customers across:
This territory covers some of the most active industrial, manufacturing, energy, and oil & gas markets in the country. You'll have the opportunity to build upon an established customer base while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
You'll enjoy significant autonomy and the ability to manage your territory as if it were your own business. Leadership empowers successful sales professionals to make decisions, execute strategies, and drive results.
This role receives strong visibility from senior sales leadership, including the Vice President of Sales. Your contributions will be recognized, supported, and celebrated.
Represent a respected industry leader with strong products, established distribution channels, and a culture focused on growth, accountability, and customer success.
Identify, pursue, and close opportunities throughout West Texas and New Mexico by developing relationships with distributors, end users, fabricators, manufacturers, contractors, and industrial customers.
Strengthen partnerships, uncover expansion opportunities, and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
Collaborate closely with industrial distributors to drive product adoption, increase market penetration, and support territory growth.
This is a field-based role with 40-60% travel ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of customers and building relationships face-to-face.
You thrive on prospecting, uncovering opportunities, and winning new business. You're energized by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
You have a track record of developing territories, building customer relationships, and consistently delivering sales results.
You understand the importance of maintaining a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts, and organized customer data.
You work well independently, manage priorities effectively, and take ownership of your results.
