Novatech in Irving, TX, is seeking a Major Account Executive to drive growth with large enterprise clients. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and close complex deals across IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions.

This role requires proven B2B outside sales success, the ability to engage executive decision-makers, and travel across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It offers base salary with uncapped commissions and strong professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience selling complex solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
• Ability to manage larger opportunities and longer sales cycles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Responsibilities

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive business development and revenue growth across the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.

The Opportunity

The Major Account Executive is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within large and enterprise organizations. This role is ideal for a disciplined sales professional who thrives on building strategic relationships, engaging executive decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, and delivering solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Develop relationships with business owners, senior executives, and key decision-makers
• Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions across Novatech's Information Technology, Print, Cloud, and Security portfolio
• Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle

• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Business-to-business outside sales experience required
• Experience selling technology solutions preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management platform
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to travel throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex to meet with clients and prospects
