Job summary

Connoisseur Media in Lincoln, NE is seeking an Account Executive to sell radio, event, and digital marketing solutions to small businesses and advertising agencies. You will drive sales through consultative conversations, deliver compelling presentations, and build strong client relationships to meet targets.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, goal-oriented, and has strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, sales or related experience.
• Proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
• Must drive own vehicle and maintain a clean driver’s record with state-mandated auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Sell marketing solutions including radio, event, and digital products to small and regional businesses and agencies.
• Hold consultative conversations to generate and drive sales for the Lincoln, NE cluster.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.

We have an immediate opening for an Account Executive selling our effective marketing solutions, including radio, event, and digital products and services, to small and regional businesses and advertising agencies to help clients grow. The ideal candidate has strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills, is outgoing and gregarious, and can sell to anyone!

To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to hold consultative conversations to generate and drive sales for our Lincoln, NE cluster and our digital company, Connrex Digital. We offer a fun and casual culture!

Ideal candidates will have the following traits:

• Excellent cold-calling and networking capabilities to secure appointments.
• Outgoing and persistent in contacting business decision-makers and focused on meeting the needs and goals of the client.
• Experience and background in B2B Sales and Marketing.
• Goal-oriented to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Experience in a client-facing customer service role; excels in providing excellent customer service.
• Prepares and delivers effective sales presentations.
