Job summary

Connoisseur Media in San Antonio, TX seeks an Account Executive to drive growth selling radio, event, and digital marketing solutions to small businesses and agencies. You will build relationships, present strategic campaigns, and close new accounts while representing Connrex Digital in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales experience, a proven track record of hitting revenue targets, and strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, present, and close new advertisers for Connoisseur’s digital and traditional solutions.
• Consult on digital marketing assets including SEO/SEM, CTV/OTT, mobile, social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Lead setup and execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Provide performance analysis and end-of-campaign reporting to advertisers.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

We have an immediate opening for an Account Executive selling our effective marketing solutions—including radio, event, and digital products and services to small and regional businesses and advertising agencies to help clients grow. The ideal candidate has strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills, is outgoing and gregarious, and can sell to anyone! You will be dedicated to building and maintaining strong client relationships and representing the Company and our digital arm, Connrex Digital, in the marketplace.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly-motivated, have previous sales experience, be goal-oriented and demonstrate the ability to hold consultative conversations to generate and drive sales for our San Antonio, TX cluster that include: “KTSA 550AM/107.1FM, 94.1 San Antonio Sports Star, 102.7 BOB FM, 103.3 The App, Tejano 95.7, Norteno 104.1 FM/720AM, and ESPN 1250, and our digital company, Connrex Digital. We offer a fun and casual culture!

Responsibilities for this position may include:

• Successfully prospect, present, and close new advertisers utilizing multimedia campaign strategies for Connoisseur's array of digital marketing solutions.
• Understand and know how to consult on digital from managed services, such as SEO, SEM, and digital marketing assets, including CTV/OTT, mobile to social, and programmatic advertising.
• Lead the setup and execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ensure that company initiatives and tools provided are used and maximized.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Outline and oversee a measurement strategy with results delivery both internally and externally.
• Provide performance analysis and end-of-campaign reporting to advertisers.
• Provide consultation and educate advertisers and agencies on the best media product solutions and best practices to achieve results.
• Goal-oriented to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Excellent cold-calling and networking capabilities to secure appointments.

Requirements of this position include the following:

• A minimum of two years of sales experience.
• A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
• This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:

• Experience in building strategic presentations and dynamically presenting them to clients.
• Experience and knowledge of G‑Suite programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Prior industry experience.
