An Account Executive manages and grows existing customer accounts. They focus on retaining clients and expanding sales into new areas. They also will help manage the sales funnel, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts, such as upselling, cross-selling, and developing new business.
  • Managing the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communicating effectively with clients
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Working with internal teams (e.g., customer success, marketing, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Continuously learning about products, services, and industry trends to enhance sales capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • Prior demonstrated sales experience (5 years or more) in print advertising or digital marketing is a huge plus.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and extroverted.
  • Embraces new technology and enjoys learning about marketing trends
  • Consultative sales style and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong conversational phone skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other CRM computer programs.

Hours:

  • Full-time remote position (40 hours)
  • Monday - Friday, hours based on your time zone and flexibility
