As an Account Executive, you won't just close deals-you'll build meaningful partnerships with merchants across industries. You'll consult with business owners, identify payment needs, and provide tailored solutions using our suite of advanced tools and technologies. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective merchants
Closing 12-15 new merchants per month in your first year
Present and sell payment processing solutions that solve real-world business challenges
Maintain a full sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth merchant experience
Stay up-to-date on payments industry trends, compliance, and technology
Use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
Represent the Aurora brand with integrity, energy, and professionalism

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
