A leading company in Vision Care is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive revenue growth. The role involves managing client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and delivering presentations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and extensive sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Through experience, judgment, and analytics, develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase the client and/or broker base.
Responsibilities include:
Through strategic consultation, formulate and implement customized business solutions for customers, aligning business plan objectives with Vision Care and enterprise initiatives.
Analyze data to provide strategic sales consultations to identify and secure renewal and upsell opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet quotas, focusing on increasing revenue while ensuring account retention and long-term viability.
Identify and execute complex sales messaging strategies tailored to a diverse customer base.
Educate customers on available products and programs, focusing sales efforts on opportunities that meet customer needs and support market strategy.
Deliver informal and formal presentations to audiences of 25 or more.
Identify territory trends, competition, and customer behavior to develop strategic plans that maximize revenue and growth potential.
Drive cross-collaboration within Vision Care SBUs and across other lines of business to leverage enterprise strategies.
Perform any additional duties assigned by leadership.
