YourStudio in New York is seeking an Account Director to lead Client Services from Los Angeles with travel across the West Coast. You’ll nurture long-term client relationships, drive growth, and collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work.

Based in LA, you’ll lead with empathy, manage senior client partners, and ensure projects meet brief, budget, and timeline expectations while championing meaningful, purpose-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of agency experience in client services or brand design.
• Natural communicator bridging strategy with narrative.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
