YourStudio in New York is seeking an Account Director to lead Client Services from Los Angeles with travel across the West Coast. You’ll nurture long-term client relationships, drive growth, and collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work.

Based in LA, you’ll lead with empathy, manage senior client partners, and ensure projects meet brief, budget, and timeline expectations while championing meaningful, purpose-driven outcomes.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our Client Services team — a natural leader, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who knows how to turn great partnerships into great work.

You’ll be based in LA, but open to travel across the West Coast.

• 6+ years of agency experience in client services or brand design, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and leading cross-functional teams.

• Confident in the detail while comfortable navigating ambiguity—you thrive on solving complex problems and keeping momentum.
